What happens during the consultation?

When is the final price confirmed?
Online prices are starting points. Final pricing may depend on hair length, density, history, the desired result and timing. Your stylist confirms the plan and final service total before work begins.
What inspiration photos should I bring?
Bring a few images that show the tone, brightness, shape or finish you like. Images guide the conversation but do not promise an identical result.
How long will my appointment take?

Are deposits required?
A 20% booking deposit is required and is applied to your final service total.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
The booking deposit is non-refundable for a no-show or when an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance keeps the deposit applied to the new appointment.
