Booking and Cancellation Policies
Cancellation and appointment modification must be made by contacting the stylist directly or calling the salon 48 hours prior

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment
Late arrivals must contact the stylist or salon
Late arrival 15 minutes or more beyond appointment may require service modification or rescheduling at the stylists discretion
Appointments extending two hours or longer will require a debit/credit card to be stored on file
Same day cancellation or "no show" will be charged the full amount of scheduled service
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of scheduled service
